It's only mildly uncomfortable and it comes and goes.
After some research I've learned that these little stabs are most likely Round Ligament Pain (RLP). RLP is very common in this stage (11+ Weeks) of pregnancy and beyond. The Round Ligaments are the ligaments that souround the uterus, and as my uterus grows, the round ligaments stretch to accomodate it. Since my little ute has grown from a wee pear size to a now rotund grapefruit size -- this stretching makes total sense.
It may be sick but I actually like the feelings. I guess I enjoy knowing my little baby factory is busy at work down there.

I'm so excited about your little baby factory. I remember the grapefruit size. It's finally when you start to feel like something is really happening.
Oh, it's happening!
I feel this, at first I blamed the technician who did my utlrasound because I thought they pushed to hard...then I talked to my doctor and he explained this.
