Pregnancy Symptom Check-in:
My latest pregnancy symptom is hip muscle pain. The muscles surrounding my hip bones are very stiff and sore. I really notice it after bing still for long periods of time - like after sleeping or sitting for more than an hour. Standing and walking seems to stretch them out. It's very bizzare because I don't think these muscles have ever been stiff before. I completed all 39 miles of the Avon Breast Cancer Walk and even after that I didn't know these muscles existed. I've done some research on it and it could be Pelvic Gurdle Pain (PGP) but I'm not sure. I think it's just my body growing and my muscles getting use to the new me! I plan to bring this up with the doctor at my next visit.
The butt pillow seems to have done the trick with my tailbone pain. And I haven't had any dizzy spells since Thursday. =)

a great way to stetch those are to put one foot over the other and bend down. Its good for your hips and hamstrigs.
