As soon as I got pregnant I heard these stories of pregnant women having complete strangers approach them in the grocery store or on the street telling them what they think the sex of the baby will be. I aaaaalmost made it through my pregnancy without the crazy stranger gender prediction!
Today I was walking to get my smoothie when this girl with Kate Gosslin hair, who works at the hair salon across the street, yells "IS THAT A GIRL??"
Me: "I dunno ...we're not finding out..."
Her: "Really? THAT'S A GIRL"
Me: "Really? You're the only one who's come up to me out of the blue and made that assumption."
Her: "Really?"
Me: "Really."
Her: "IT'S A GIRL! Make sure you come back here and tell me if I'm right."
Me: "Ok. I will. I promise."
There are so many mixed signals with this kid! My brother and Eric swear it's a boy. The needle test said girl. The crazy lady at the hair salon said girl. Keelee says it looks like a boy. I'm starting to wonder if we've got a hermaphrodite on on hands?
